Rocker Michael “Flea” Balzary (Red Hot Chili Peppers) has placed a beach house that he owns in Malibu, California, on the market for $13,676,000.
Located on the Pacific Coast Highway, Flea’s 2,731-square-foot house hit the market back on May 28.
Built in 1980, Flea’s four-bedroom beach house has four baths, soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, walls of glass, gallery walls and tree-trunk floors positioned as an indoor-outdoor setting.
Outdoor features on the 2.01-acre property, which sits on the Encinal Bluffs, include a staircase to the beach, two separate guest homes, a long driveway, private beach access, two garages, and a private spa terrace.
Go here for a special website devoted to the house itself — and note the URL (http://www.redhotchiliocean.com)
Now my questions is:
Why would ANYBODY want to sell this property?
Thanks to Big Time Listings and Redhotchiliocean for information and pictures
Oh my goodness..people who want to sell places like that seriously need a reality check and live in a tiny apt!!!

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing information. It is quite useful for us also. I always love to read such type of things.
ReplyDeleteFirst I would like to welcome all readers of this blog, then my main goal is to emphasize the importance of reading in teenagers, young people every day become more dependent on others more technological entertainment, it undoubtedly diminishes their ability intelligence.
ReplyDeleteAnd the bigger question is: Who wants to live in the house of the best rock bassist ever? Like, who would ever think that a rocker like him has a touch for a house as homey as this? By the looks of it, he might have overseen the design of this beach-side house, from the roofing down to the flooring. Stepping inside his house is, in itself, a one-of-a-kind experience, let alone buying it.
ReplyDeleteWow! What a stunning and luxurious house is this. How I wish I could afford to have this kind of property someday and I will work hard for that. Thank you.
